Gone Fishin"

This waterclour painting was inspired by a recent visit to Newfoundland  - so many small villages are located on the rugged shore with the sole purpose of being close to their source of livelihood - the ocean's fishes.  The quaint homes somehow survive the harsh winters.  Matted to approximately 15"x19".
