Tessa and Scott

“Tessa and Scott” is a large framed graphite that is 2.5’x1.5’. I am also a skating coach and watching these 2 win the gold medal in the Vancouver 2010 Olympics inspired this piece. I was on the ice coaching the day they first tried skating together and watched them progress to the greatest ice dancers ever. There was lots of love in every stroke of my pencil as I tried to capture the energy and joy Tessa and Scott have for their sport.
