Fixer Upper

“Fixer Upper” is watercolour. 14”x10” framed to 20”x16.5” I created this painting from a sketch I did of a collapsing building in rural eastern Ontario. After many layers of wash, much of the detail was done with meticulous dry brush strokes to render the detail in the boards and roof. The limited palette allows the colours to compliment each other.
